Board of Adjustment's Agendas & Minutes

The purpose of the North Ogden Board of Adjustment is to: Hear appeals from zoning decisions applying the
Zoning Ordinance. Hear special exceptions to the terms of the Zoning Ordinance. Consider variances from
the terms of the Zoning Ordinance. Any other matters referred to the board of adjustment by the city council.
The North Ogden City Board of Adjustment meets as needed on the third Thursday of each month. The meetings
start at 6:00 p.m. All citizens and interested individuals and parties are invited to attend. There will be
an opportunity for public comment and input following the end of each regular meetings.
