Records Request
Person(s) directly involved in the case may obtain police reports. If you wish to obtain a copy of an official police report, you can submit a written request. The request form can be obtained at the police department during regular business hours, or click on the link and print off a copy. You can then bring the filled in request form to the police building. We will process your request within 2 to 3 days. The cost is $10.00 per report to be paid at the time you pick up your report. You will also need to show picture ID when you pick up the report.
All police records are protected, so there is some information that we can't release. Generally, this information concerns a person's civil right to privacy, protection, and their right to a fair trial. Juvenile information is rarely released except to the parent or guardian of the juvenile involved.
